Our audit process is designed to give you the biggest value with the lowest lift. All you need to do is book a 30-minute meeting.

Step 1: Book a Time (2 minutes)

Grab 30 minutes on my calendar — we keep audit slots limited so you get complete attention. When we meet, you’ll answer three quick questions:

  • What’s your biggest challenge in explaining your mission?
  • Where do you think you’re losing support? 
  • What would change if your team felt confident marketing independently?

Step 2: We dig (~1 week)

Before we meet, we spend real time looking at your digital experience, website, messaging and materials. We will:

  • Review your website, donor pathways, and digital presence
  • Assess how you talk about yourselves across channels
  • Identify the gaps that are quietly costing you support
  • Score you across all Four Dimensions

Step 3: We Meet (30 minutes)

You get a real conversation, and not a pitch. We will go through our discovery, show you exactly what’s creating friction, and be honest about what needs to change.
